I may not cook as often as I used to but when I have a day off and the Mrs. is working late, I can make a very flavor full meal. So Chicken breast, boneless and skinless seasoned with chilli lime seasoning, sea salt and black pepper, pan fried in olive oil over medium heat.






With a trinty garnish of red and yellow cherry tomatoes with green onion



My side dishes, mashed potatoes with minced garlic and sauteed stringbeans. 40 minutes from prep to table. Yes I have some skills.
